I first worked on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system around 2012. This was CRM 2011 and since then I’ve worked on all versions up to 365.
The interesting thing about Dynamics CRM is that there are many components. From the user interface (Browser or Outlook) to the metadata stored in SQL Server there is a lot to know to be able to understand it fully.
Since Microsoft has focused onto moving to the hosted online CRM there are frequent updates to CRM. This rapidly changing environment means that occasionally there are issues which can only be resolved by searching online. Hopefully this blog will be used as a source of information in these circumstances.
